Capital of Equatorial Guinea, situated in the north of Bioko, Malabo's population is about 40 000 people. Country's nerve center, it shelters all the administrations, cultural centers, schools, embassies but also, international airport and a port by which Espoir sans Frontières made 14 containers with various equiments offered by french schools (furniture and stationeries) hospital (furniture and equiment) private firms ( tiled floor, sheet metal, painting) load.

From 1994, Espoir undertook on a local level constructions, rehabilitation, equipment, cleaning up, food support, but also participated with the WHO in the study for the fight against malaria and with the UNICEF to check a terrible heamorrhagic intestinal epidemic which concerned the whole population.
