Construction of a Center for primary cares, PMI (protection for mother and child), and a place to receive threatened children.

Very fast after the opening of the maternity, people realised that there were no more mother death during the delivery. So, they began to trust in us and the Village council called for the creation of primary care center, to avoid to cover the 20 km until the first hospital.

In front of the possibility to develop the health system, Espoir sans Frontières grabed the opportunity to create also a Center for the protection of Mother and Child which favors the follow-up of new-born babies and then of children with still the special attention for the teeth.

If some cases appear, it's important to converse with the families of new sorcerer children group and to suggest to the mother to live with her child in a house made for until th rest of the village accept the "anomaly", which is the daily work of ELIB association and more particularly of the Father Bio-Sanou.
