ESPOIR SANS FRONTIERES is an Association (Loi 1901), founded by Mrs Annie Vallée in 1991, thanks to her thirty-year experience of actions within national and international organizations.

ESPOIR SANS FRONTIERES has as GOLDEN RULE.

A work completely made by voluntary workers who offer more than 10 000 annual hours of availability in France and abroad.
                  
A total transparency for accounts of the Association drawn up by a public accounting firm and controled by a Commissioner of accounts.
                   
Projects studied in order to meet demand of  population that we accompany in its autonomy under the control of national and international branches.
                            
A permanent person within the Mission enables to control distribution of relief convoys while stocks last.

Light structures which use:
The business patronage by the loan of equipment, of places and vehicles, and by the punctual availability of qualified staff.
The Higher and Technical Education Institutions by making various works.
